Why Document Rejection is the Most Painful Disqualification

The 12 Mandatory Documents You Must Carry (Original + 3 Self-Attested Photocopies)

  1. Admit Card: Printed in laser quality on good paper. Do not fold or laminate.
  2. 20 Passport Size Photographs: Recent colour photos taken against a white background without sunglasses or caps. Clear facial features with both ears visible.
  3. Education Certificates: 10th (Matriculation) Certificate and Marksheet showing exact Date of Birth matching your online registration. 12th/Intermediate Marksheet for Technical and Clerk trades.
  4. Domicile / Nativity Certificate: Issued by the Tehsildar / District Magistrate with official photograph and stamp.
  5. Caste Certificate: Affixed with candidate's photograph, issued by authorized revenue authorities.
  6. Religion & Minority Certificate: Required if religion is not explicitly indicated in the caste certificate.
  7. School / College Character Certificate: Issued by the Principal or Headmaster of the school/college last attended.
  8. Village Sarpanch / Police Character Certificate: Issued within the last 6 months by the local Sarpanch or Ward Commissioner with candidate's photo.
  9. Unmarried Certificate: For candidates under 21 years of age, issued by the Village Sarpanch within the last 6 months.
  10. Affidavit (Non-Judicial Stamp Paper): Executed on minimum ₹10/- non-judicial stamp paper attested by a Notary Public as per official format given in the rally notification.
  11. PAN Card & Aadhaar Card: Mandatory for banking KYC, candidate identification, and identity verification on biometric day.
  12. Relationship / Sports / NCC Certificate (If Claiming Bonus Marks): Valid NCC 'A', 'B', or 'C' certificates, or authorized State/National sports representation certificates within the last 2 years.
