• Your WhatsApp phone number.
• Medical document photographs you voluntarily submit (blood tests, vision certificates, chest radiographs).
• AI-extracted health parameters (hemoglobin, visual acuity, chest expansion).
• Your selected Armed Forces target branch (Army, Navy, Air Force).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To perform automated pre-screening analysis of your submitted documents.
• To generate your confidential clearance report on WhatsApp.
• To manage your access window and verify payment or academy access codes.

3. Data Protection & Confidentiality

We take candidate privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent, or share personal medical records with any third party advertisers. Data processing is handled securely using encrypted Google Cloud infrastructure.

4. Retention & Deletion

Medical photographs and extraction records are held for temporary service fulfillment. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by messaging DELETE MY DATA on WhatsApp or emailing us.
