Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

1. Digital Service Nature

AgniFit delivers instantaneous digital pre-screening reports via WhatsApp upon receipt of valid documents and payment confirmation.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you made a payment of ₹149 and our system failed to generate or deliver your full report within 24 hours due to a verifiable server error or technical glitch, you are fully entitled to a 100% refund.

3. How to Claim a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to sahilvkachave@gmail.com with:

• Your WhatsApp Phone Number
• Payment ID / Transaction Reference from UPI / Razorpay
• Brief description of the issue

Valid refund requests are reviewed and initiated within 2 business days, and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not granted in cases where the report was successfully generated and delivered, or where candidate submitted invalid/unrelated non-medical photos.
