ARO Pune Agniveer Rally 2026: Complete Selection Blueprint
Army Recruiting Office (ARO) Pune conducts one of the largest and most competitive Agniveer recruitment rallies in Western India. Thousands of youth from Pune, Ahmednagar, Satara, Solapur, and adjoining districts report for physical testing at the BEG & Centre or designated cantonment grounds.
1. District Coverage Under ARO Pune
Candidates domicile of the following Maharashtra districts are eligible under ARO Pune notification:
- Pune District (Haveli, Khed, Shirur, Baramati, Junnar, etc.)
- Ahmednagar District (Shrirampur, Rahuri, Karjat, Parner, etc.)
- Satara District (Karad, Phaltan, Wai, Khatav, Koregaon, etc.)
- Solapur District (Pandharpur, Barshi, Malshiras, Mohol, etc.)
- Osmanabad (Dharashiv) District
2. Physical Standards for Maharashtra Aspirants
As per Central Zone recruitment parameters, candidates domicile in Maharashtra must fulfill the following physical cutoffs:

3. Physical Fitness Test (PFT) Ground Marks:
- 1.6 KM Run Group I (Upto 5 Min 30 Sec): 60 Marks
- 1.6 KM Run Group II (5 Min 31 Sec to 5 Min 45 Sec): 48 Marks
- Beam (Pull Ups): 10 Pull-ups = 40 Marks | 9 Pull-ups = 33 Marks | 8 Pull-ups = 27 Marks | 7 Pull-ups = 21 Marks | 6 Pull-ups = 16 Marks (Min 6 to pass).
- 9 Feet Ditch Jump: Qualifying (No marks).
- Zig-Zag Balance: Qualifying (No marks).
